New designed homes, sales executives were very friendly but they have nothing to offer right now, mostly sold-out.

The service is good, but the food is terrible. I have never had a meal that I have been overly impressed with at Browns. The ambience is nice and we stop in for a drink, but no longer go in for a meal.
